You may have seen a character on Ghost Whisperer named Sally Stitch. Sally Stitch was invented by a dying young girl who used this character to generate a chain email. The legend said that if you didn't forward the email, Sally Stitch would come and sew your eyes shut that night. In the show, a college student is killed in a freak accident and believes she died because she did not forward the chain email. To our knowledge, this character was invented by the writers of Ghost Whisperer.This episode, titled "See No Evil,"originally aired in the US on Oct. 2, 2009.
